(NASDAQ：ADI)今日宣布收購位于美國加利福尼亞州Santa Rosa的OneTree Microdevices公司。ADI公司是業(yè)界領(lǐng)先的混合信號解決方案供應(yīng)商，提供從數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換器、時鐘到控制/電源調(diào)節(jié)等電纜接入解決方案。OneTree Microdevices的GaAs和GaN放大器具有業(yè)內(nèi)較佳的線性度、輸出功率和效率，收購該公司及產(chǎn)品組合后，使ADI公司能夠支持下一代電纜接入網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整個信號鏈。該筆交易的財務(wù)條款未予披露。
